Handle enquiries without losing track of them

Practical automation that helps you organise incoming enquiries, prepare replies, remember follow-ups and pass important messages to the right person, with you staying in control of what is sent.

What we can set up

Each setup starts from how enquiries reach you today. We only set up what suits your business and what the tools involved actually support.

Organise incoming enquiries

Collect enquiries from your website form and a connected mailbox in one place, and sort them by type, such as a quote request, a question or an order, and by how urgent they look.

Prepare reply drafts

AI prepares draft replies from information you provide, such as your services, opening hours and policies. You review drafts before they go out, unless you agree specific rules for simple routine replies.

Reminders and follow-up

A reminder when an enquiry still needs a reply, or when it is time to follow up a quote or a conversation.

Automate repetitive tasks

Move details between forms, email, spreadsheets and calendars, or run routine steps that you repeat every week. Checked case by case against the tools you use.

Email and WhatsApp notifications

Short notifications about important enquiries and orders delivered to WhatsApp. See the section below.

AI content and SEO support (additional)

AI-assisted drafts of page text and articles from your information, with a person reviewing and editing before anything is published.

Your enquiries and orders, delivered to WhatsApp.

You run a shop, a café or a service business and cannot check email all day. This direction highlights the important enquiry and passes a short notification to a channel you check anyway.

Collect

Enquiries from your website form and from a connected email inbox.

Highlight

Enquiries, orders and other emails that look important are flagged so they do not get buried.

Summarise

A short summary: the customer, the request, the product or service, the date and contact details if they are in the message.

Notify

A WhatsApp message to you or a responsible employee, with a link to the original enquiry where technically available.

Remind

A reminder if an enquiry still needs a reply.

How we treat this honestly. This is a service we set up for clients, not a ready-made feature of this website. AI can misread an email, so a notification is a prompt to check the original message, not proof of an order. A request is not treated as a confirmed order without clear grounds, and we cannot promise that every email is understood correctly.

Checked before we promise anything. Your email service, the way WhatsApp can be connected, who receives the notification and any costs involved. A personal chat and a group chat are not equally available, so we use only officially supported integrations and do not promise to connect any WhatsApp account without checking.

Who it suits

Busy owners

You run a shop, café or service business, enquiries arrive by email or form while you work, and you want the important ones to reach you quickly.

Small teams sharing an inbox

Several people read the same messages and it is unclear who has replied or what is waiting.

Businesses with repetitive messages

You answer similar questions or copy the same details between tools every week and want to save that time.

Human control and limits

Automation supports your work. It does not replace your judgement.

You decide what is automated

We agree the rules together. Anything involving prices, promises, complaints or unusual requests goes to a person.

Integrations are checked first

Before a client commits, we check that the email service, the messaging channel and the other tools can be connected in a supported way.

Review and testing

We test with sample enquiries before going live, and review how it works in practice so rules can be adjusted.

Privacy

We discuss what customer data passes through which services before setup, and your privacy information needs to reflect it.

How the work goes

1

Review how enquiries arrive

We look at where messages come from, who handles them and where things get missed.

2

Check tools and agree rules

We confirm which email service, forms and messaging channel can be connected, who is notified, any costs, and what is automated.

3

Set up and test

We build the setup and test it with sample enquiries. You see the results before it is used for real.

4

Review and adjust

After a period of use we review what worked, fix mistakes and change the rules.

What we need from you

A description of your current process

How enquiries reach you, who replies and what usually gets delayed.

Authorised access to your tools

Your email service, website form and, if used, a WhatsApp number, connected through each service’s own authorisation. Please never send passwords by email or message.

Decisions about rules

Who is notified, what counts as important and what must always go to a person.

Costs. We do not publish fixed prices. Request a quote and you will receive a written proposal. Some email, automation and messaging services have their own fees, which we check and tell you about before you commit.

Questions about AI automation

Can I receive website enquiries or email orders in WhatsApp?

This can be set up when suitable integrations are available. The delivery method and the content of the notification are agreed after checking your email service, the WhatsApp connection options, who receives the messages and any costs.

Will AI send replies to my customers automatically?

Not unless you agree to it for specific, simple cases. By default AI prepares drafts and you review them before sending.

Does AI always understand an email correctly?

No. It can misread or miss details. That is why notifications link to the original where possible and why important decisions stay with a person.

Will it work with my email service?

It depends on the service and how it allows connections. We check this before you commit and tell you if your setup is not suitable.

Can notifications go to a WhatsApp group?

Personal chats and group chats are not equally available through official integrations. We check what is possible for your case before promising either.

Do I need a CRM or other software?

Not always. Some businesses only need enquiries organised and reminders set. If a tool is needed, we explain why and what it costs.

Is my customer data safe?

We keep what passes through the setup to what is needed, discuss which providers are involved and make sure your privacy information matches. No online service can be guaranteed to be risk-free.

Can I start with one small automation?

Yes. A single workflow, such as notifications for new enquiries, can be a first project.

Do you work with businesses outside Ireland?

Yes. The business is based in Ireland and works remotely with clients in Ireland and other countries. Availability of tools in your market is checked at the start.
