This policy explains how AIProMarketing (“we”, “me”, “our”) uses personal data collected through aipromarketing.ie, including the enquiry form on our Get Started page.

What we collect through the enquiry form
When you send an enquiry, we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- your business name (optional)
- the type of help you are interested in
- the message you write about your business
Please do not include sensitive personal information (for example health or financial account details) in your message.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use these details only to read your enquiry, reply to you and discuss whether and how we can help. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
We do not use your details for newsletters or marketing mailings unless you separately ask for them. We do not sell your data.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is sent by email to a Gmail mailbox (Google) that we use for business enquiries. The website is run on WordPress with a web hosting provider (Hostinger), which processes data needed to operate the site, including form submissions passing through the site. These providers process data on our behalf. We only share data where needed to run the service or where the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, using the safeguards they describe in their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 12 months after the last contact, unless we start working together. In that case we keep records for as long as needed for the agreed work and for legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under data protection law you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to our use of it, and ask for a copy. To use these rights, email aipromarketingie@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland): www.dataprotection.ie
Cookies and website analytics
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. When you visit, your browser connects to our hosting provider and may load fonts and scripts from third-party services (for example Google Fonts and Hostinger), which can receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type. WordPress may set essential cookies for logging in to the site’s admin area, which do not apply to ordinary visitors. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
