AI automation demo for small businesses
Two simple examples of how AI can support everyday business work, with a person reviewing what matters. Both are teaching examples, not results from real clients.
Illustrative example — not a client case study. Names and details are made up.
What you will see
An AI-assisted content draft, from prompt to reviewed text
An email enquiry turned into a short WhatsApp notification
Where a person stays in control
Example 1: an AI-assisted draft
Illustrative example — not a client case study
Example input
Prompt: “Create a short blog post explaining how small businesses in Ireland can save time using AI automation.”
AI-generated draft (example)
Title: How AI Automation Helps Small Businesses Save Time. AI automation allows small businesses to reduce repetitive tasks such as content creation and follow-ups. By automating these processes, business owners can focus on growth and client relationships instead of manual work.
What happens next
The text is only a draft. A person reviews it, edits it and approves it before anything is published.
Example 2: an email order, delivered to WhatsApp
Illustrative example — not a client case study. This shows the idea and is not a working connection on this website.

Reminder (sample): an enquiry from Sample Customer is still waiting for a reply.
Why “possible order”? AI can misread an email, so the system does not treat a request as a confirmed order without clear grounds. The notification points you to the original message, and you decide what to do.

You decide what is automated
Agree which tasks AI supports and which always go to a person.
Review before publishing or sending
Drafts are reviewed and approved before they go out, unless you agree specific rules for simple routine replies.
Integrations are checked first
Before promising a setup like Example 2, we check your email service, the WhatsApp connection method, who receives the notification and any costs.
