What is included

Every project is scoped to your business. A typical website project covers:

A clear page plan

We agree which pages you need, such as home, services, about and contact, and what each page should help a visitor do.

Service and contact pages

Pages that explain your services in plain language, with a clear next step: a contact form, email address or phone number, as you prefer.

Mobile-friendly layout

The site is designed to read and work on phones, tablets and computers, and checked on different screen sizes before launch.

Contact options

An enquiry form that sends messages to your inbox, plus the contact details you want to show. Other channels can be discussed.

Basic search settings

Page titles, descriptions and headings written for your services. This helps search engines understand your pages; it does not guarantee rankings.

Privacy basics and handover

A privacy page and consent notices where your site needs them, and a walkthrough of how to keep the site up to date.

Who it suits

Businesses without a website

You are starting out, or have relied on social media, and want a place customers can check before they contact you.

Businesses with an outdated site

Your current site is hard to use on a phone, unclear about services or difficult to update, and you want a practical improvement or rebuild.

Businesses that need more enquiries handled well

You want a site that works together with advertising or an enquiry process, rather than a stand-alone brochure.

How the work goes

1

Discuss and agree scope

We talk about your business, customers and goals. You receive a written proposal with deliverables, responsibilities and costs.

2

Plan structure and content

We agree the pages, the key messages and the contact route for each page before design starts.

3

Build and review

You see the site before it goes live, give feedback and we adjust it within the agreed scope.

4

Launch and hand over

We check the site on phone and computer, launch it and show you how to manage the basics.

What we need from you

The project moves faster when these are ready. If something is missing, tell us and we will discuss options.

Information about your business

Your services, who you help, areas you serve and how customers should contact you.

Text and photos

Your own text and photographs where you have them. We can help you edit and organise them. Stock or new images, if needed, are agreed separately.

Access and decisions

Access to your domain and hosting if you already have them, and one person who gives feedback and approves the work.

Costs. We do not publish fixed prices because projects differ. Request a quote and you will receive a written proposal. Domain names, hosting and any paid tools or plugins are charged by their providers and agreed with you before they are purchased.

Questions about website projects

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the number of pages, the content, any extra features and whether you already have a domain and hosting. Request a quote and describe your business; you will receive a written proposal with the scope and costs before work starts.

How long will it take?

Timing depends on the size of the project and how quickly text, images and feedback are ready. We agree a realistic timeline in the proposal rather than promising one in advance.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Not necessarily. We first look at what works and what does not. A targeted improvement may be more suitable than a rebuild.

Do I have to write the text myself?

No. We can help you shape the text from what you tell us about your business, and you review and approve it. Accurate information about your services and policies always has to come from you.

Can I update the website myself afterwards?

Where the platform allows it, we can show you how to change basic things such as text and images. Tell us how much you want to manage yourself when you send your enquiry.

Do you work with businesses outside Ireland?

Yes. The business is based in Ireland and works remotely with clients in Ireland and other countries. Calls and messages are arranged by email or video call.

Can I combine the website with advertising or enquiry automation?

Yes. Services can be ordered separately or combined. See Online advertising and AI automation, or mention it in your enquiry.

Combine with other services

Online advertising

Google Ads and Meta Ads that lead visitors to a suitable page or enquiry option.

AI automation

Organise enquiries, prepare reply drafts, set reminders and pass important messages to the right person.

Tell us about your website

Describe your business and what you need. You will get a reply and, if suitable, a written proposal.
